This is the post of the beast, I guess, so it seems appropriate that this is a random, spur-of-the-moment post.
Things I don't get:
- Foam fighting/SCA, all that sort of thing
- Forwarded emails of any kinds (jokes, political screeds, funny pictures, etc.)
- Propagating internet memes (Who really cares about ninjas and pirates?)
- Icefishing
That's enough for now. I just happened to think of those and thought they'd work for post #666.

Why would one want to spend time worrying about ninjas and pirates, when one could be worrying instead about monkeys and robots, or worse, monkey-controlled robots!!
For semi-obvious reasons, I don't see much problem with monkey-controlled robots. Now robot-controlled monkeys... That's something to fear!

Guess I have to comment on the foam fighting / SCA thing as I am quite enamored with foam fighting.
- Exercise in an unconventional (not-boring) way.
- Martial art-like physicality.
- Spending weekends with 100+ friends camping at a park.
- Another way to meet like-minded people from all walks of life.
- A way to escape the joys of "mundane" life.
- There is something to be said for being able to hit someone in the face with an arrow and know that they won't be hurt.
- (and I get to hit 20-something guys who are full of themselves)
This is what I can come up with off the top of my head. I know it is not for everyone, but it is something I enjoy.
Citizens ought to stop discussing our monkey-controlled robots. You are not cleared for that.
Monkey controlled robots have NOT been dispatched to deal with any non-existant security breaches. There is no conspiracy. Why are you still here citizen? Report to disintigration chamber #45678932421 for further instructions. The Computer loves you.
